Gravy Train

Adam Kesher Gravy TrainTwo Canadians (Dave One of Chromeo, and his younger brother, A-Trak), and a few French veterans (Phillipe Zdar, Pierrick Devin) have all lent a hand so that Adam Keshers second album sounds like they’ve just left an underground downtown New York club. It’s an album where the ghosts of Konk, ESG, Dinosaur L and Les Garçons still abound, and where you can see that contemporary pop knows no boundaries. The album “Challenging Nature” (released by Disque Primeur, and distributed by EMI France) has been available since yesterday, and as a visual introduction letter, we have the Valère Terrier (Visual System)-directed video for “Gravy Train”. Surely DFA are following the path of these Parisians.
