Zachary Shigeto Saginaw surprised us last year with his beat architecture, which makes one float and bob one’s head at the same time. This young Ghostly signing came to join the ranks of psychedelic and futurist hip-hop makers so associated with the young American underground (he’s not Californian but from Detroit, a minor geographic detail that helped building the hype). Recently, the remixed version of his first album was released, “ Full Circle Remixes”, and now, to change the focus a bit, we’ve asked Shigeto to recommend his top ten culinary favourites.
