Those of us who follow Roska on Twitter know that the king of funky house usually comments on three kinds of situations: Arsenal over Tottenham victories –he’s one of the hardcore Spurs fan who don’t have any clemency for the arch enemy–, hater attacks, and his daily visits to the gym. Yes, Roska is addicted to body building and wellness, and will grab every opportunity to lift some weights and fit in a run. Knowing that, and keeping in mind that his new album “Rinse Presents Roska vol. 2” will be out any day now –which he also relayed on Twitter–, we asked him to list his daily gym routine. Roska says he spends an hour there each session, which isn’t that often now as he’s being offered more and more work, and that he usually does more than seven different types of exercises but that he doesn’t remember the other ones. This is what he sent us.
Roska is a man who takes care of his body, and will work out until he looks like Leonidas of Sparta. But he has no secrets: he shares his top gym activities with us.
